Check-in after 19:00 is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. From 19:00 - 21:00 - GBP 30. After 21:00 - GBP 50.
Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash.
This property requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for all reservations.
The property does not charge a check in rescheduling fee, if notified by call or text message at least 1 hour before the check-in time. A charge of GBP 30 rescheduling fee applies in case of late show-up of over 15 minutes without a prior notice. The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time.
Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances.
The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons.
Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make the payment and a photo ID. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Apartment Wharf - Canada Water in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

誇張！報復劈腿前男友 竟倒漂白水進魚缸洩恨

英國牛津發生一起恐怖虐寵物事件，35歲媽媽瑞諾森(Serena Reynoldson)為了報復劈腿的前男友，用大量的漂白劑把對方飼養的熱帶魚毒死，還邊錄影邊罵「死吧！死吧！死吧！」，將近有30尾熱帶魚當場死亡。
綜合外媒報導，瑞諾森(Serena Reynoldson)的前男友是劈腿慣犯，讓她覺得自己和4個孩子被背叛，憤怒之下決定要殺對方的寵物洩憤，因此將漂白劑倒入對方飼養的熱帶魚的魚缸，毫不手軟，眼睜睜看著熱帶魚們掙扎後死去，更邊錄影邊用戲謔口吻說「喝的好！漂白水就在那，多喝點」。
她還曾放話「如果我無法得到想要的生活，那你也沒資格擁有」，這種恐嚇行為也已經不是第一次，過去就曾揚言要用老鼠藥殺害前男友家中的蛇和貓，還有其他寵物。
當地法官判她終生禁止再養魚，判刑18個月、緩刑1年，得支付415英鎊罰金(約新台幣1萬6000元)。瑞諾森則向法官求情，表示自己並非蓄意傷害，而是「對一段關係破裂的憤怒」，事後也非常後悔。事實上，瑞諾森的童年曾遭受家庭虐待，之後也患有慢性壓力及焦慮症，長期都在靠藥物控制，2007年有過攻擊前科。不過如此傷及無辜寵物的誇張行徑，引來外界撻伐。
