A minimum security deposit of GBP 250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit is a pre-authorisation payment and will be returned back to you upon check-out through your bank and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival and must match the name of英國牛津飯店評價 the guest staying. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card.
The property has a strict no party policy. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged.
Cleaning and linen and towel changes are offered twice weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
The property will contact you prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions. Late check-in between 20:00 - 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30. Late check-in between 22:00 - 00:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50. Check-in after 00:00 is not possible.
If you expect to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property to inform them of your expected arrival time. This can be added in the Special Requests box when booking.
Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP. Please inform Hunsens wharf apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

關西機場停擺成孤島 社長致歉、急忙疏散旅客

大阪關西機場遭到燕子颱風重創，讓上千名旅客滯留機場，關西機場除了火速派出社長致歉，也在週三深夜，陸續把遊客送離機場，由於滯留民眾中有700多人是陸客，大陸使館自己派出巴士幫忙疏散。
深深一鞠躬，關西機場社長山谷佳之，為上千名旅客被困在機場而道歉。
關西機場直到昨晚，還有將近3000人滯留，民眾無奈打地鋪，在機場裡乾等。
法國遊客：「找不到電話，難以和家人聯絡。」
民眾試圖搭巴士再轉乘接駁船，不過排隊隊伍幾乎看不到盡頭，直到週三晚間11點，才陸續把民眾送出機場。
記者：「所有希望離開的乘客，目前全都已離開關西機場。」
由於受困遊客有700多人是大陸遊客，大陸使館還特地租了15輛巴士幫忙接人，這次關西機場慘遇颱風，包含航空公司的電腦、行李輸送系統，幾乎都泡水了，第一航廈運作幾乎停擺，目前正優先搶修第二航廈。
由於關西機場是填海造陸建的海上機場，10幾年前就淹過水，目前已比建造時下陷4公尺，曾被點名是全球18座危險機場之一。
民眾：「我以為機場要沉了，我覺得我的生命有危險。」
這次燕子颱風風速快又猛烈，一下子就引發大浪，讓海平面高過機場建的5公尺防波堤，加上適逢漲潮，導致機場淹大水。
學者吉村晃：「若關西機場長期無法使用，停滯的話，不只是關西經濟，就連日本經濟整體都會有一定程度影響。」
由於關西機場也是重要的物流吞吐港，不僅將影響觀光，專家也憂心影響日本經濟，首相安倍晉三也下令，希望在週五恢復國內線運作。
